I want to thank you once again.

I have been feeling 97%!! Grazie mille.

 During my last visit you encouraged me to not give up on looking for a relationship. Two months ago I met a very nice lady and we have been dating. A month ago we started being intimate, using condom. Everything is OK, no symptoms.

 You mentioned that using a condom is not ideal for a relationship and my girl-friend feels the same. So we both went for blood testing (HIV, Chlamydia, etc.) and she also went to her gynecologist for cultivation (I told her of my recurring problems). We are waiting for the results with the prospect of starting a non-condom relationship. 

Please let me know if you would see me if symptoms occur again. Thank you.

Dear Prof. Dr. Guercini,

First of all, let me thank you again for the consultation, the tests and the procedure performed during my visit on Monday. Though it is early to assess the final outcome, the visit has given me the assurance that my problem finally is being handled with the necessary care and expertise! I hope to be able to report some more visible progress towards recovery soon.

I was able to supply all prescribed medication and started the treatment immediately on Monday evening.

For now, I can say that I have not noticed any side effects from the procedure. The only two things I have noticed so far are increased frequency and quantity of urination as well as somewhat unusual sleepiness. The latter was to be expected, as you kindly explained, and so far has not affected substantially my daily routine. Pain and discomfort have indeed slightly decreased but are still present.

I was getting ready to inform you about excellent progress since our infiltrations in September. All types of pain had decreased to a very large extent, i had stopped using Dilatan cones for more than 2 months and i felt that i was slowly getting back to normal.

I am writing you this to confirm that I am perfectly fine after exactly three months of Vesicare treatment.

I have now applied for a reimbursement from the Swedish national health insurance for the treatments you gave me. They say that they will reimburse me but not based only on the journal I received from you regarding the investigation. They would also like to know more about the treatments that you gave me.

So I would be very grateful if you could provide me with a few lines from your journal both what treatment you gave me and what pharmacies / antibiotics that you used before the Vesicare treatment. It is perfectly fine if you just drop me a few lines in a return mail that has been copied fro your journal. They say that it would be OK for them.

Finally once again, thank you very much for an excellent outcome of your treatment.
